This is basically how I pictured Holly from the very begginning. Captain Amelia has those sharp elfin features that I imagined Holly to have. If Amelia's height was shortened... then she would make the perfect Holly Also, the outfit would have to be changed because the last time I checked, LEPrecon officers didn't ware blue cloaks.

She is so anal! but i think holly would be less snotty and more cherub face! like she is suppose to look like cupid, or at least, the conventional cupid that we are all familiar with, but not the baby fat kind.
More of lean and hard face, tough and everything.

Whenever I watched treasure planet i thought it looked a bit like holly. But in looks and personality i think that she is more like the princess from arthur and the invisibles.
I forget her name though.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Captain Amelia is a cat-thing (proved by my former avatar) and Julius Root is a fairy, not to mention a dead one. It just wouldn't work out.
Oh, and also, Captain Amelia got married to a cross between a human, a dog and a donkey named Dr Delbert Doppler or some such and had three mutant kids by him, so...I think she's taken.
