she was Zoe in the short lived (but much loved) series Firefly, and she DOEs have really nice hair (a Vinyaya must)

Yeah, she does have nice hair, and kinda does look like a fairy, but... wasn't Vinyaya's hair, like, a different color?

Well, that's true.... If she does dye her hair, then I'm all for her as Vinyaya! Yay!

Well... I guess it would be all right if she played Vinyaya, but I never really imagined her like that. Maybe there is someone out there who looks more like Vinyaya. But if she played it, you won't hear me complaining ;-)

The hair definatly matches my view of her. But not really the rest. Didn't she have dyed hair in the book to, until book five where she said she had stopped dyeing it?

She's way too young. I always pictured Vinyaya as an attractive older woman, a "cougar" to use the modern slang.

If Gina Torres played Vinyaya, it would actually just make my life. :)
I'm not sure she has the look... specifically age-wise. But she certainly can kick butt.

Edit: She'd be great for Holly! But the hair is wrong... And it would be a shame to cut it...
Now I'm envisioning Summer Glau as Holly... haha.
