yeah everyone is pretty hyped about the "upcoming" (and delayed) AF movie, but i was wodering, WHAT KIND OF SONGS WILL THEY USE???? (besides Bowie, and that kelly clarkson song 'bout hazel eyes)

Haha, that would be cool if they actually did use the overture for that moment. Did Eoin Colfer have in mind that they would be making it into a movie, or did he just want to emphasize how dramatic the scene was? Hmm...

But still, do you think they'll play any "pop" songs? For Artemis Fowl? Kinda odd, but who knows?

That would be a good song for the fourth or fifth movie (if the first one is a success). They should do "Lala" by Ashlee Simpson for Juliet. Lol. I'm not that much of a fan for the artist but it would match Juliet's personality to a certain degree.

If anybdoy has heard of the Song Trapeze Swinger bye Iron and Wine, I think that it would be somewhat funny (though not appropriate) if they played it when Artemis got his mind wiped in TEC. I can imagine a lot of songs by The Postal Service in t here, just random ones along the way.
