Besides, if they're doing the movie right now, Abigail Breslin CAN'T play Minerva. She's already in a movie currently that they're not done making yet. It's called Kit Kittredge: An American Girl Mystery. She plays Kit, the main character, and the movie's almost finished, she can't back out of it for the Artemis Fowl movie.

Minerva does have glasses.
And Abigail Breslin would probably be done filming the Kit movie by the time filming for TLC came around, besides she can film more then one movie at time like right now she's also working on My sisters Keeper which she's staring in as Anna. She is an excellent actress and could probably pull Minerva off, but she'd still have to dye her hair and stuff to look more like the character Minerva.
