^Haha, sure you can join! :D

OKAY: CALLING ALL PIANISTS AND ANYONE WHO WANTS TO OFFER THEIR VIEW ON THIS.
My teacher introduced me to a composer called Yanni and told me that his music is beautiful (which it really is) and she really, really wants me to play one of his songs for my recital piece, so I looked some up. I found some GORGEOUS ones and narrowed it down to two, but I can't decide. Therefore, I need your help. Help me out please??
(Warning: Not my fault if you cry from overload of gorgeousness.)

"Whispers in the Dark" (really leaning towards this one, but I want some other opinions before I choose it)

I have a small competition with my sister. We are trying to see who can get the Song "Beauty from Pain" by Superchic[k] on Piano first. So anyone that can give the chords for the other verses/chorus it will be much thanks. :)

Got the intro part down.

Me doing my school's variation of the traditional Irish set dance, "St. Patrick's Day".
Sorry for the bad quality video and sound.

Gah. My rocks were terrible on the second step, and I missed the first treble in the end of the second step. Forgive me. I just started hardshoe 4 weeks ago. Dx AND BEFORE ANYONE ASKS ME IF I HAVE A SOCK TAN, I WAS WEARING FOOTLESS TIGHTS. ><

^No, I started IRISH DANCE last year... it takes you at least a year to get into HARDSHOE at my school, and like, 4-5 classes ago was when I started hardshoe XD (it seems longer cause I only have Irish dance every other week...) But thank yew! XD

O.o I musta been thinking of something else. Just did an epic improv to this song... only wished I had taped it... :?

It ended up with a decent calypso and a toe rise tho... too bad not a good enough floor for flags.

Me singing a cover of Nowadays, from Chicago the Musical. The quality is horrible, since I don't really have proper recording equipment, and my voice sounds a little off, but other than that, I'm happy with it.

@HS9: That was pretty good. Two questions, though... Are you supposed to be travelling so much when you jump? Also, are you dancing on a special mat or something, because it looks like you put a transparent mat on the floor to protect it... :) Just curious.

^My mom only lets me practice hardshoe in the basement if I move the computer chair mat to where I'll be dancing so I don't scuff up the floor. XD
We ARE supposed to travel on that dance, however I didn't have much room to because, as stated, I only had as much room as a computer chair mat to dance on. XD
