It happened just once, luckily. But I immediately got under 1000 posts again... :'( Ah well, now I'm up again.
And I think Root had an aggresive disorder or something, so that he had to watch himself all the time, and that's why his face was red :P Or he could have Facias Blow-upitis :P

^Yeah! Maybe people never paid attention to him and he was a poor, misunderstood person.
Or maybe he just has anger management issues!

Asperger's disorder, Asperger's or AS) is one of several autism spectrum disorders (ASD) characterized by difficulties in social interaction and by restricted and stereotyped interests and activities. AS is distinguished from the other ASDs in having no general delay in language or cognitive development. Although not mentioned in standard diagnostic criteria, motor clumsiness and atypical use of language are frequently reported.[1][2]
described children in his practice who appeared to have normal intelligence but lacked nonverbal communication skills, failed to demonstrate empathy with their peers, and were physically clumsy.

This all seems too discribe artemis exept

Actually some kids with AS or ASD DO show higher levels of intelgence, i know a good number of kids with AS (like five) and two of them are in the gifted program (another could be he simply doesn't apply himself enough.) and nearly all of them (four i think) made the honr roll ;) 8)

But that says that people with AS are physically clumsy...that's hardly describing Artemis!

In my opinion physical clumsyness does discribe Artemis because he is very unphysicly fit as it says 1-2 times in each book.

Well, actually, I do. But clumsy...I picture that as being more like, it makes you trip or whatever. Time for a visit to dictionary.com...
clum·sy /ˈklʌmzi/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[kluhm-zee]
–adjective, -si·er, -si·est.
1. awkward in movement or action; without skill or grace: He is very clumsy and is always breaking things.
2. awkwardly done or made; unwieldy; ill-contrived: He made a clumsy, embarrassed apology.

See, he doesn't seem very awkward to me...

He probably looks and is awkward when doing exercise. I don't think a person that hasn't ran for 10 or so years wouldn't be very skilled and wouldn't be graceful. I think the first definition explains him when trying to exert large amount of energy.

I guess, I just never think of him that way.
I guess in TAI he does trip when trying to make it on to the train...
Mind you, I'd probably trip as well. But that's not really the point.
