I have to agree. I just like Arty as a villain. Heroes are too common in books these days XD. Anyway, back on topic... I'd have to say the first book as well. It started an amazing series with a bang. Hopefully it will end that way too.

My favorite Artemis Fowl book is a tie.... BETWEEN ALL OF THEM! But seriously, i liked the first Artemis Fowl, The Lost Colony, The Time Paradox, and The Atlantis Complex. Dont take this the wrong way, I LOVE ALL OF THEM, the ones i listed are just my favorite.
I am a proud poster on the count to 20k thread.

I would have to say that my favourite AF book is The Opal Deception. Plenty of adventure.

I agree with that

Ok I changed my mind. I like the Enternity Code better because after the C-cube thing it was almost all about Butler. Yes, Buttler and it was super sad. Pluse it showed the real connection Artemis and Butler had, so see what I mean. Besides the C-cube that book was really about him.

i read the AF books out of order 1,2,4,5,3,6,7 not my fault (i had the 4th and 5th first and i was getting the 3rd a month later i couldn't just not read them.) so the eternity code wasn't a cliffhanger for me i probably would have liked it better oh well but i do like the end .Anyway the 1st book was Amazing but the Opal Deception was Awesome as well... *rips hair out* what should i pick? Well i like the first book because thats where i was introduced to Artemis Fowl and the concept of it i liked the idea of the villain being the main character. The third book was cool because he didn't remember them and was in denial of their existence.I STILL CAN'T CHOOSE!
