I sometimes take a notion to play them online (The Flash versions XD )

But i dont think id really bother getting out an old console to play :( (Well, the only exception to that is the N64. Pure quality :D )

yeah definately, i agree! no point getting a console just to play them, but its good if u have one, and decide to play them from time to time. My brother had a snes and nes, so i play them sometimes when i feel like it. heres some interesting videos by the way :D i think their kinda faked, but interesting to watch anyway:

This is the original mario from the NES. Its scary how close he gets to dying, but always survives :D notice warp zone in level 2 :D i knew about that!!!

Same thing, but with Super Mario Brothers 3 for SNES

Just a RANDOM Mario 64 Video!

Mario 64 completed in 16mins. Interesting watching, but kinda long! totally amazing tho, took me about a year and i never fully completed it!

This place is so dead.

*Necromancy*

Retro games are the basis of modern day gaming, so if you havent played the classics you really cant appreciate how good all of the new games are. I love all of the classics because its like playing a bit of history. But really the best snes game was A Link to the Pat which was re released for the GBA, which means you can get it on your computer. Now none of you have an excuse, well go! Go play it now!
