But you still spam. At least you've spammed sort of a lot on this evening in random.
Define "old". For example, your a hour "old" message you posted has no I-capiltazation (sp?) or punctutation. And your "hyperness"-thread in random: Not even a single punctutation, nor I-capitalization. Same applies to ~all posts I've found written by you.

EDIT: And age isn't an excuse, I've seen 11-13 years old people who spells correctly and grammatically.

Ok, sorry to crash the party, but I have to intervene now. :)

Break it up, guys. :o

MichaelM wrote:Now part of this forum is a little reward scheme for our "really" active members. When you get over 1000 posts, you become an elite member :D

But what does an elite member get? Well how about:

-NO adverts. At all. Anywhere. (Sorry I cant do this for everyone, but I have to pay enough for this as it is XD )
-Your own private forum, which no-one else can get into.
-Your own special badge, showing your new status.
-50% more PM storage space.
-Flood delay time halved.
-Ability to edit your own thread title's and descriptions once they've been posted.
-Can add events to the calendar.
-Can use basic HTML in their posts.

And yes, the moderators count as elite members :) (Because they're just so awesome :P )

hmm wow not to be rude or anything but erm i could care less. :D so you guys have fun with that contest while i go over in my corner and read. 8)

Actually, I'd look forward to editability, 'cause I'm a control freak. Adverts would be a plus, but honestly? They don't bother me much at all. PM storage is nice, but not really an issue either.

It's a status thing, really. Which is cool, cause it gives you a sense of who the active, involved people are. :D

That list definitely needs updated a bit I suppose. For one thing, no-one gets adverts anymore, so the main upside is gone. :(

That'd be cool, but it'd take me even longer to get there. Right now I'm barely halfway. :( But I shall persevere! :D

Hmm, we'll all get there sooner or later. :D By the way, MM,if you are an elite member those that also mean you are a moderator/global moderator? Also, how do you decide who is a global moderator, and who a moderator? Just curious ;D

Naa - Moderators are chosen seperately. When we feel a new mod is needed, then we discuss it, and just choose a member that we know we could trust, and who's responsible. Post count doesn't really come into that. ^_^

Oh, thats a great way of choosing ;D That means that several people choose and thus it won't be unfair.Right? I also like that it doesn't matter about the post count, if not there will be loads of spammers

Only n00bs promote members to mods based on post count.

Sides, I think this forum's got plenty of mods at present.
